About Creator Drops
What is a Creator Drop?
A Creator Drop is a limited pre-order campaign for original artwork. Each drop needs 30 supporters to unlock production.
Why do drops need 30 supporters?
CaseQ uses small-batch premium IMD production. Reaching 30 supporters helps make production practical while keeping inventory waste low.
Can I order after a drop is unlocked?
Yes, if the drop is still available. Once unlocked, the product page may show "Order This Drop" instead of "Support This Drop."
Pre-orders and Payment
When am I charged?
You are charged when you place your pre-order.
What happens if a drop does not unlock?
If a drop does not reach its support goal before the deadline, your order will be refunded according to our pre-order policy.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Please contact support as soon as possible. Cancellation availability may depend on whether production has already started.
Production and Shipping
When does production start?
Production starts after the drop reaches its support goal.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes around 7–10 business days after unlock, followed by quality check and shipping.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Do you ship internationally?
CaseQ aims to support worldwide shipping where available. Shipping options and timing may vary by destination.
Product Quality
What is IMD technology?
IMD stands for In-Mold Decoration. The artwork is protected beneath the surface, making it more durable than ordinary printed cases.
Will the artwork peel off?
IMD cases are designed to protect the artwork beneath the surface, reducing the risk of peeling compared with surface printing.
Creators
How do creators earn?
Creators earn from unlocked orders based on the commission or revenue share agreed before launch.
Can I apply to become a creator?
Yes. You can apply through the Become a Creator page.
What artwork is allowed?
Only original artwork or artwork with commercial rights is allowed. Copyrighted characters, brands, celebrities, trademarks, and unauthorized IP are not allowed.
