- ✓ In transit: Your package is moving through the logistics network.
- ✓ Arrived at destination country: Your package has reached the destination country and may be waiting for customs or local carrier handoff.
- ✓ Out for delivery: The local carrier is preparing to deliver your package.
- ✓ Delivered: The package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- ✓ United States: 7–15 business days.
- ✓ United Kingdom: 7–15 business days.
- ✓ Other regions: 10–20 business days.

Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. During international shipping, updates may pause while the package is in transit, waiting for customs clearance, or being transferred to a local carrier.
I only have an order number. Can I track my package?
The tracking page works best with a tracking number. If you only have an order number, please check your shipping confirmation email or contact support@caseq.com with your order number.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
Please check nearby delivery areas, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, or building reception first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
