Shipping & Tracking

Answers about delivery time, U.S. shipping, and order tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for the United States and United Kingdom, and 10–20 business days for other regions. Delivery times may vary due to customs, local carriers, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship to the United States. At this stage, most orders are shipped from China. We are preparing U.S. warehouse fulfillment and expect selected U.S. orders to be fulfilled locally once the U.S. warehouse is active.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39. Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

Some CaseQ cases are MagSafe compatible, while others are designed as slim protective or clear cases without built-in magnetic rings. Please check the product title, product images, and product description. If the product says “MagSafe compatible” or “MagSafe-ready,” it is designed to work with MagSafe-style accessories.

How do I choose my phone model?

Select your exact phone model on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Phone models can look very similar, but camera size, button position, and dimensions may differ. You can confirm your model in your phone settings or on the original device packaging.

Will clear cases turn yellow?

Clear cases may naturally show some discoloration over time due to UV exposure, heat, sweat, oils, and daily use. CaseQ clear cases are designed for everyday clarity and protection, but no clear material is completely immune to aging. To help reduce yellowing, avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, and harsh chemicals.

Do your cases protect against drops?

CaseQ cases are designed for daily protection against scratches, bumps, and everyday drops. Protection level may vary by series, material, and structure. For stronger protection, choose a case series with reinforced corners, raised screen edges, and camera protection.

Tip: If you are unsure which model you have, check Settings → General → About on iPhone, or Settings → About phone on Android.

Returns & Refunds

Clear return support for eligible unused items.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@caseq.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Which items are not returnable?

Used or damaged items, customized products, final sale items, and items without original packaging are not returnable.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will help arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do you offer wholesale or creator collaborations?

Yes. For wholesale, creator collaborations, affiliate opportunities, or brand partnerships, please contact us at support@caseq.com. Include your company or creator name, country or region, audience size if applicable, product interest, and estimated quantity or collaboration idea.

Can creators receive products for content?

We review creator requests case by case. Please send your social media links, audience region, content category, and the CaseQ products you are interested in featuring.

Can I buy CaseQ products in bulk?

Bulk requests are reviewed based on product availability, destination, quantity, and timeline. Contact us with your desired models, colors, quantities, and shipping country.
