We keep shipping simple: fast order processing, transparent delivery estimates, and tracking updates once your CaseQ order is on the way. At this stage, most orders are shipped from China. We are preparing U.S. warehouse fulfillment to make delivery faster for customers in the United States.

  • For orders below $39, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
  • Any available shipping promotions will be shown during checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Order confirmation is sent after purchase.
  • Shipment confirmation and tracking information are sent by email once your package is dispatched.
  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

U.S. Warehouse Update

CaseQ is preparing to improve fulfillment speed for U.S. customers.

  • At this stage, most CaseQ orders are shipped from China.
  • We expect to begin U.S. warehouse fulfillment in about one month.
  • Once the U.S. warehouse is active, selected U.S. orders may be fulfilled locally for faster delivery.

Where does CaseQ currently ship from?

Most orders currently ship from China. We are preparing U.S. warehouse fulfillment and expect it to become available in about one month.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Once the package has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking information may take a few days to update, especially during international handoff between carriers. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may vary by destination and are determined by local customs authorities. If applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
