You are responsible for selecting the correct phone model, case series, color, and compatibility option before placing an order.

Model selection reminder: Phone models can look similar, but camera size, button position, and dimensions may differ. Please confirm your exact model before checkout.

Placing an order does not always mean the order has been accepted.

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carriers, holidays, and unexpected logistics delays.
  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Current fulfillment note: Most CaseQ orders currently ship from China. U.S. warehouse fulfillment is expected to become available soon for selected U.S. orders.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible unused items may be returned according to our return policy.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@caseq.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Used or damaged items, customized products, final sale items, and items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
